Pro-Leave Minister of State at Brexit Department replaced by Remainer

The Leader of the Welsh branch of Vote Leave, David Jones MP, has been replaced as Minister of State at the Department for Exiting the European Union…by a Remainer.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as Theresa May suddenly seems intent of stacking her cabinet and those around it with staunch Europhiles.

The Rt Hon Baroness Anelay DBE is now in charge.

Isn’t this a bit like replacing the Minister for Defence with a pacifist? Or getting rid of the Chancellor and appointing someone who believes in bankruptcy?
